Bichunmoo (korean drama)

This drama depicts the sacrifices four central characters make for love, vengeance and honor as each travels a road of chosen destiny.
i was wondering when this drama finished, whether i liked it or not. the feeling was conflicting. but in the end, despite its flaws, my like won over. i loved how our male lead was so true to our females for so long. i would have preferred a better ending, but if i were to think about it logically, i guess that was good. but mostly, i enjoyed the genre, which was historical and romance with action. loved the ost by the way, enjoy!

The Woman Who Still Wants to Marry/Still Marry Me (korean drama)

This drama depicts lives of three women who are closing one chapter of their life and entering the next. Lee Shin Young (Park Jin Hee), Jung Da Jung (Uhm Ji Won) and Kim Boo Ki (Wang Bit Na) are three women in their 30s whose romantic relationships have faltered due to their career ambitions, but find themselves given a chance to make a fresh start.
loved it! loved it! loved it! i enjoyed it so much it was a marathon for me, watching this. this doesn't usually happen with other dramas. not only did i enjoy their new relationships with the new guys in their lives, i also loved the friendship the three of them had. this drama showed 3 women with 3 perspectives of their thoughts and none are right or wrong. there's a lot of life lessons to be learned here not just for women but everyone.
there were so many cute and fluffy moments, and yet at the same time, so many moments that made you think, made you feel the tough decisions they had to make and you really felt for them so much that at times, you were in their shoes. it didn't help that the cast were all such fabulous actors. hehehhe they were all wonderful. what also really made me like this drama was that although there were revelations that made you cringe when you thought about when they'd be revealed, but when they were revealed, it was done so gently you didn't feel embarassed or anything, instead i felt gratitude to the writers for how they brought about the revelations. hehhe you can find this on youtube or epdrama. enjoy!!!

Faith (korean drama)

This drama shows the romance between a warrior from the ancient times and a female doctor from the modern times, their love transcending time and space. It will also tell the story about the process of making a true king.
Yoo Eun Soo (Kim Hee Sun) is a 33-year old plastic surgeon in the year 2012. She was originally a general surgeon, but quickly found that it was an overworked, under-paid profession and jumped ship to plastic surgery. Her dream is to someday open her own practice. But one day, Choi Young (Lee Min Ho) kidnaps her and takes her back to the Goryeo era because needing her medical skills. Their love story spans centuries but also warring beliefs. He gave up on love to be an unflinching warrior.
this was one drama that kept me waiting for so long to be completed. loved the leads and the cast overall. one might either like this or not, i've read many with negative comments as well but for me, it's all positive. although there might be some flaws, (which drama doesn't?) i'm willing to overlook as they have all my favourite genres in one. hehehe and of course, with the leads, who wouldn't.
they had great chemistry and would have loved a little more from the ending. but was still happy nevertheless. at least, it didn't leave me unsatisfied. i loved gi cheol as well, loved how he went from the crazy badass villain to well...crazy sad villain i guess. he was awesome in his acting and at times, when he was with eun soo, it even made me think, was he starting to like her because he was curious? all in all, i'd definitely recommend this drama, you can view it on dramacrazy or epdrama online with eng subs. enjoy!!!

Arang and the Magistrate (korean drama)

The beautiful Arang, the daughter of a magistrate during the Chosun Dynasty, is brutally murdered. The woman returns from the dead as a ghost, still full of light-hearted mischief and spirited fun. When she meets a young magistrate, Eun Oh, she discovers that he has the unique ability to communicate with the dead. She convinces him to help her uncover her killer and bring the person to justice. Can a ghost and a magistrate team up to solve a murder mystery and punish the wrongdoer?
Loved it. Totally loved it. Loved the world there, it felt really real and that all this could happen. it didn't feel fake at all. i enjoyed the story, it kept us guessing what was going on, enjoyed the characters who grew as the series progressed, and also enjoyed the two gods. hehehehe it was emotional at times, really touching us. shin min ah and lee jun ki, love youuuu, they were fabulous. i watched it all on epdrama but you can find it on others as well. hope you enjoy this!!!

The Sword With No Name (korean movie)

Mu Myeong (Cho Seung-Woo) is a Joseon dynasty headhunter who meets and falls in love with lady Ja Yeong (Su-Ae) who will become the future Empress Myseongseong. A few years later, Ja Yeong enters the royal palace to marry King Gojong. Mu Myeong still having feelings for Ja Yeong and in an attempt to get closer to her becomes her personal body guard. Ja Yeong, now as the Queen of Joseon, becomes involved in a power struggle with Russia and Japan who are attempting to colonize Korea. Furthermore, King Gojong's father (Cheon Ho-Jin), who wields true power in Joseon, works with the foreign interests which causes Ja Yeong to stand up to him and the foreign diplomats. The king's father then gives his implicit approval for the Japanese to assassinate Queen Je Yeong. Mu Myeong must now fend off these threats to protect the woman he loves.
Loved Mu Myeong! He surprised me with his character. Loved the pure love he had for Ja Yeong and his cuteness. Also loved Ja Yeong for being so strong and determined. The story was ok for me, the cast brought it out perfectly though. Despite the tragedy, (believe me, i really don't like tragedies) i still loved it, including the ending. The action scenes were especially amazing. It was just like watching a 3d video game fight, kind of like final fantasy if you know what i mean. rpg style. hehehe watched it on dramacrazy. enjoy!!!

Can Love Become Money? (korean drama)

Story of a man who considers money as the most important thing in life. He becomes involved in a strange conspiracy due to his obsession with money ...
i wasn't sure if i would be blogging about this series as i thought it was so-so. but the fact i'm blogging here means that i enjoyed something about it. the romance was a little late in blooming for me although there were hints early enough. but what really clinched the deal for me was the cast and their interpretation of the role, especially our main lead, ma in tak and his secretary ha in joo. loved them both. ehhehehhe
ma in tak, you'd hate him if you were working under him with all his rude sarcastic remarks. but i loved the way he emphasised his words, his way of talking. really was in tune with his character. the secretary too, loved the way she spoke, her reactions hehehe they were all soo comical.
the story was good for me as well. there might have been some flaws but as it's a drama, i didn't pay much mind. what's more important was for a rom-com, there was surprisingly a good moral story behind it, with family and all and some really sad heartbreaking moments. well i won't say much, just recommending it. you can watch it on youtube i think, with complete eng subs. enjoy!!!

God's Quiz Seasons 1-3 (korean drama)

Han Jin Woo, Korea's top medical examiner, leads a team of experts in conducting a medical crime investigation after strange events and mysterious deaths occur in a hospital. He first clashes with but is later aided by Kang Kyung Hee, an attractive female detective who possesses excellent skill in martial arts and a strong sense of justice.
One thing amazing about this drama is the rare diseases they find. And they're real too. Not fake. It's amazing how the people are affected. Of course, this drama might not be for just anyone. It's a medical mystery. hehe
The terms used are also scientific so one might be a little confused although they do explain. But despite all these, what i really enjoyed was the characters here and how well they played their roles especially our lead hero, han jin woo. as the season progresses, he gets even better. i think i'd rewatch this even if it's just for him alone, oh and also detective kang kyung hee. loved her too hehehe
in fact, after watching this, i was so inspired to write about the rare diseases that really got stuck to my mind and i actually wrote one simple article. here's the link. http://sminut13.hubpages.com/_1jvz3d54a9baw/hub/Rare-Disease-Microcephaly
oh and one other thing. the lead actor here, ryu deok hwan, is also acting on 'Faith'. If you don't recognise him, (i didn't at first too until i read somewhere) he's the actor who plays king Gongmin. :D
if you enjoy mystery and medical dramas with really witty humor, and there's loads of that, then be sure to watch this. just google it and you'll find it, i think i watched it on dramacrazy. :) enjoy!!!

A Man Called God (korean drama)

Michael King vows to revenge his parents' death. He believes that he can use his power as head of an underground drug kingpin to punish those who hurt him. However, his beliefs are shaken when he falls in love with a reporter named Jin Bo Bae.
i definitely swooned and became a fangirl of song il gook in this show here. i'm seeing him in a totally different light in this drama. he's totally different from his usual historical dramas or other family dramas. he's hot!!! personified!!!
not to mention, this was one of my favourite genres for a drama; action, suspense and romance. what not to love!!! i guess there are many who feel the opposite of me and actually didn't like this drama but to each his/her own. i loved michael king, jin bo bae, vivian, even hwang woo hyun, jang ho and jang mi. if you want to know who they are, go and watch the series ;p
i'm actually satisfied with the end although i wanted more. well Ã'm more of a romantic than i initially thought i was heheehe if you are into action and romance, with some revenge in it, then this drama is for you. for those who have similar taste buds like mine, after looking through my drama lists here, then i definitely recommend this drama to you. enjoy!!!

Legend of Hyang Dan (korean drama)

The drama is a twist to the well known classic story of The Legend of Chun Hyang. The big question revolving around this plot is what if the one that Lee Mong Ryong loves is not Chun Hyang but Hyang Dan? The drama will deliver a refreshing new comedy style.
this was definitely refreshing. it's different from delightful girl chun yang. it's a drama that'll make you smile but unfortunately, it's only 2 episodes. but despite that, i really enjoyed it. i was wondering how they'd complete this in 2 episodes and am glad to say that i enjoyed every 2 episodes. if you are the type who wants more of reality, then i suggest you skip this as it's not much of that. it's just a change from the depressing reality although there is the topic of class and status here too. another good thing is i found the complete episodes on youtube, full with english subtitles. enjoy!!!

Rich Man Poor Woman (japanese drama)

Oguri Shun plays Hyuga Toru, an affluent man whose personality is on the contrary, speckled with flaws. A CEO of an IT firm who is published on Forbes as a billionaire, Toru attained his fortune through chance and pure luck. A woman who meets Toru and eventually becomes attracted to him is Sawaki Chihiro, played by Ishihara Satomi. Chihiro is a hardworking college student at Tokyo University who has prepared for her future as much as she possibly could through studies and obtaining licenses. Despite her efforts, she has yet to land a job. Upon meeting Toru, she begins to unravel a genuine pureness inside him and solitude resulting from such pureness, which eventually draws her closer to him. The two repeatedly conflict each other, but little by little learn about one another to grow and develop together.
Despite the worldwide recession and financial difficulties, there are people like Mark Zuckerberg who began work from merely an apartment room or a garage that end up growing to be companies generating over ten billion dollars revenues after merely 10 years or so, embracing their new found wealth by living the dream life. Whether it's a game or application software, Ecommerce, or other IT related firm, there are more than a few who rose in fame to such status in recent years. On the other hand, Japan's unemployment rate for new grads dropped to a record low and those who want to work are unable to, or their wishes to work at their company of choice is not granted.
A Cinderella story of the real world. Will the two be able to compromise their values and lifestyles to become a happy couple?
this is a fun to watch romantic comedy, it wasn't enough to fill the void left by gaksital but it definitely was enough to keep me occupied. it's also been long since i last watched a japanese drama so was in the mood for one and found a good one. oguri shun was especially good as that talented programmer, always on the computer.
one thing that i also liked was that it didn't just focus on comedy but also had moral values in it. you'll know and understand once you watch it and find out that hyuga toru can actually surprise you.
well the story's more or less all on the synopsis and you can find the complete episodes on epdrama or dramacrazy. below are some videos so enjoy!!!

Bridal Mask/Gaksital (korean drama)

Gaksital is a famous manhwa set in the 1930s, during the Japanese occupation. The hero, Lee Kang-to, is known as 'Gaksital' because he wears a mask to hide his face — one of those traditional play masks, specifically the rosy-cheeked one reserved for the female role, aka the bride. He's an unassuming young man in real life, but when he dons his superhero mask, he fights injustice and rights wrongs during one of the darkest periods of Korea's history.
i wasn't sure whether to watch this or not as it was a confirmed given that there was going to be much angst. and it didn't disappoint me in that area. there was enough angst to last me a lifetime. i'm going to be watching more light hearted dramas for a while now.
the story was so realistic, the osts are all so great, acting was fabulous. there were some really heart wrenching moments, sighh i'm writing this jus after i finished watching this, so i don't think i'm going to be able to say much.
only thing i can say is, this is a definite yes from me, i highly recommend it, it has everything from action to romance to comedy. you can just google every episode and find them online. i watched most of the episodes on epdrama and youtube. here are two of my favourite osts. enjoy!!!

Crime Squad (korean drama)

This drama focuses on a group of detectives in the Seoul Gangnam Police Homicide Division who solve crimes based on real life cases with their variety of skills and investigative methods. At the forefront of the team is the impulsive and hotheaded detective Park Se Hyuk and the cold, commanding police chief, Jung Il Do. Park Se Hyuk?s passion for his work and rough personality results in a tendency to take action first before thinking later, in contrast with Jung Il Do?s by-the-book style
this action crime drama has it all. from action to comedy to hints of romance, everything. the characters are well brought out, song il kook was wonderful as park se hyuk, the detective and grieving father, song ji hyo was fabulous as the chirpy outgoing reporter, in contrast to se hyuk's dark and angsty role. kudos to the rest of the cast who did this drama proud with realistic and amazing acting skills. everyone was good, from the villains to the heroes. there were some really sad moments and some moments that made us look back and wonder as well. loved the ending.
this is a drama definitely worth watching. i watched most of the episodes on gooddrama. enjoy!

Running Man (korean variety show)

This is a unique show with lots of áction and humor'. It's so hilarious while giving you goosebumps at the same time. hehehe Love the cast and now, after 2 years since they first started, they're all veterans already and very experienced hehehe it's amazing how they manage to solve missions at times while we're wracking our brains :D
All in all, a high recommendation from me if you want laughter, fun, excitement and a chance to see celebrity guests everytime. You can find all the eps on epdrama but unfortunately it's not complete as it's still airing. Here are some hilarious clips, Enjoy!!!

I Love Lee Tae Ri (korean drama)

Min Soo is a 14-year-old boy who is engaged to a woman 7 years older than him. As he knows that the woman likes another man, he makes a wish so that he can protect his love. As the result of his wish, he becomes a 25-year-old man. Tae Ri is a well-educated woman who comes from a wealthy family. After being hurt by her first love, she doesn't believe in love anymore. But, as Min Soo suddenly appears before her, she starts to have feelings for him...
When I first started watching this, I thought it was quite an old or rather, not really a new drama, because of the quality i have to admit. but while browsing through the internet one day, i saw one of the advertisements showing a featured drama, and it seemed to be this particular title.
i immediately went to check it out and oh lordie, this was actually a really new drama. yea i know, being old or new doesn't really make much difference, so long as the drama is good.
but it definitely does, when you are really enjoying the drama, and you can't watch it in one shot, instead having to keep waiting for updates. man, that totally sucks. but fortunately, this drama was nearly complete so i didn't have to wait long and it was worth it too.
loved the drama, it had bits of fantasy with the kid growing up to be an adult. usually when we see so much of a difference between our characters, there's this feeling that oh she's too old or he's too young, but that wasn't the case for this.
although there was a difference, they pulled it off nicely, and tae ri was such a refreshing character. she was surprisingly innocent and showed really great expressions. both of them looked really good together in my opinion although i read some posts where they felt the age gap but it was not so for me.
i could see the adoration the male lead had for tae ri and vice versa. theirs was such a sweet and innocent love. for me, i felt that they had done more with the ending although it was a good end. but i guess i just wanted to see a hug after such a long reunion hehehe but i guess everyone has different feelings and ideas.

Queen Inhyun's Man (korean drama)

Kim Boong Do is a scholar who had supported the reinstatement of Queen In Hyun when Jang heebin's schemes resulted in her being deposed and replaced as King Sukjong's queen consort. He travels 300 years into the future of modern Seoul and meets Choi Hee Jin, a no-name actress who is expecting a career renaissance through her role as Queen In Hyun in a TV drama.
this is one of those dramas that made me keep wanting for me, that made me wish that it was longer. even now, i'm still reeling from the after effects of the drama, i keep missing it and always listen to its osts, which are fabulous as well. i have 2 personal favourites which i'm sharing below,
there was so much chemistry, the plot moved forward so fluently, i even felt like oh yea, this is all possible if you just believe. it was so touching and till the end, it made me wonder how this show is going to end, there were still twists even till the end, my heart was literally coming out of mouth. i had to close my mouth and breathe deeply to put it back.
i loved how our male lead was so clever and witty while our female lead was more of a clutz and ditzy but still very lovable despite that. it didn't feel annoying at all. she portrayed her sad roles so well, it was so painful to watch, her crying was so sad and touching. our male lead expressed his emotions wonderfully too without much words.
sighhhhh and oh boy, did i swoon, you can say i'm now a fan of this actor after this series and you can be sure that i'll be checking out some of his shows which i feel i might enjoy hehehe
from my earlier posts, you will know that all my drama recommendations are all complete, with english subs, so it's the same for this, hope you enjoy!!! ...as a side note, loved this 2 osts, enjoy!!!

Rooftop Prince (korean drama)

When Crown Prince Lee Gak is transported 300 years into the future to present day Seoul along with his three retainers, they believe that it is their duty to solve the murder case of the Crown Princess in order to return to Joseon.
They land in the rooftop apartment of Park Ha, a cheerful woman in her mid-20s, who eventually believes the odd quartet's predicament and becomes their guardian.
As Park Ha educates the four on life in the 21st century, Lee Gak comes across Hong Se Na, who seems to be the reincarnation of his wife.
Taking on the identity of Yong Tae Yong, Lee Gak slowly begins to unravel the murder of Yong Tae Yong and in turn moves closer to solving the murder case of the Crown Princess.
As he finds himself in love with Park Ha, he figures that maybe the Crown Princess was not so perfect after all...
i haven't watched such a cute, fluffy drama in a long time seriously and this was one of those that made me keep grinning throughout the show. but it was really sad as well. although i felt that maybe the ending might have been better, but since i'm just enjoying myself, i made do with my own deductions and made myself happy with my own thoughts hehehe enjoy !!!

Queen of Reversals (korean drama)

Hwang Tae Hee is the daughter of a chaebol and team leader at her workplace. She is married to Bong Joon Soo who works at the same company. When Bong Joon Soo's ex-girlfriend, Baek Yeo Jin, who happens to be Hwang Tae Hee's rival as well, begins to work in her team, troubles start to surface. Tae Hee has to juggle her challenges in love with those in work, helping shape her boss and department director, Goo Yong Shik, from an insensitive and uninterested second generation chaebol to a true leader. Tae Hee's seeming success in love, however, presents her with another problem as she begins to realize that marriage involves just as many obstacles to overcome.
hmm...it has been some time since i finished watching this and i didn't write about it immediately because i was busy starting to watch other dramas that had  caught my eye. i was in k drama land then. even now, as i'm writing this i'm still watching something, it's just that i've paused it for now. in fact, after watching this show, i completed another 2 dramas and am in the midst of almost completing this show right now. thus my delay in writing about these wonderful dramas that i've watched and enjoyed. i bet there'll be a gap after some time again though.
as the description goes, this drama is more of office love and all, but it managed to get my attention throughout the whole series, i especially loveed yong shik's love for tae hee, and somehow, instead of hating joon soo, i actually felt for him at times. even baek yeo jin made me think twice about her and i definitely liked her in the second half of the show. i even hoped that she'd be with that police man guy,(he was quite confident and arrogant) but she did love joon soo so there were mixed feelings. but all in all, it was a wonderful show that made me swoon when i saw tae hee and yong shik together. hehehe well enjoy, you can just google this and you'll find links to the show. it's all complete and online, with english subs.

Tree with Deep Roots (korean drama)

Based on Lee Jeong-myeong's novel “Deep-rooted Tree”. Work that highlights the serial killings during the 7 days before the announcement of the Korean script.
A series of murder occurred during the reign of King Sejong. As Kang Chae Yoon who is investigating these cases gets closer to the root of the truth, he finds himself embroiled in a massive conspiracy behind the serial killings which involves a group of genius who are willing to risked their lives towards their cause/goals and secret powers who will interfere with the course of his investigations.
My heart is bleeding after watching this. The aftereffect is really bad this time. sighhh In short, this series was awesome. It was intense so much and I was always anticipating the next scene. It was so sad as well, the king was especially awesome. In fact, all the cast were awesome. Young chae yoon really left an impression on me. He portrayed his role fabulously. I'm not going to babble much after this, so I'm just going to recommend this series and hope that you'll enjoy it. Here's a bit of sneak peek for you. well that or you can consider it a spoiler hehehe enjoy!!!

Jeon woochi (korean movie)

500 years ago in the Joseon Dynasty. The Pipe of the prophecy has fallen into the evil hands of the goblins, propelling the world into a whirlwind of disorder. The ancient Taoist wizards turn to the greatest ascetics of their time, the Master (Baek Yoon-sik) and Hwadam (Kim Yoon-seok) for help in vanquishing the goblins and trust each wizard with one half of the Pipe. Meanwhile, the Master’s rascal student Jeon Woochi (Kang Dong-won) tricks the king with the art of transformation and creates a fiasco, which makes the three Taoist wizards and Hwadam visit the Master. But they find the Master murdered and his half of the Pipe missing. Woochi is framed for the murder, and as punishment he and his trusty dog Chorangyi (Yoo Hae-jin) are imprisoned inside a scroll by the wizards.
Seoul, 2009. For some strange reason, goblins that had been sealed up in the past begin to appear one by one, wreaking havoc on the city. The three Taoist wizards had been enjoying their years of retirement as a priest, a monk, and a shaman, while Hwadam has long disappeared in order to polish his Taoist art. After much discussion, the three wizards unseal the scroll and call forth Jeon Woochi and Chorangyi. Being offered freedom in return for catching the goblins, Woochi sets out on his task. But what began as a hunt for goblins slowly turns into Woochi's personal sightseeing expedition of the modern-day world. And to top it off, he meets a woman with the same face as the one that had captivated him so many centuries ago (Im Soo-jung). Together with Seo In-kyung (his new, yet old love), Woochi begins his adventure.
well as you can see, this is more if a fantasy action, fusion mixed historical drama. no idea what to call it hehe what i really enjoyed most about this movie was the special effects. when woochi used his powers, it didn't look fake at all, it was so powerful it left me whoaaaa. also it was hilarious as hell. especially when i saw the true faces of the goblins. pfft... you'll know when you watch it hehe enjoy this.

Duelist (korean movie)

Based on a novel, this beautiful period film centers on a tomboyish detective by the name of Nam Sun (Ha Ji Won, from Love So Divine and Phone) who ends up being assigned to investigate a case revolving around some counterfeit coins. Going deep undercover in a variety of diverse disguises, Nam Sun quickly finds herself chasing after a notorious assassin named Sad Eyes (Kang Dong Won, from Too Beautiful to Lie and Romance of Their Own), who just may be involved in the crime she's investigating.
starring kang dong won and ha ji won, these two had such sizzling chemistry in this movie, just great teamwork, and they managed to pull of the fight scenes fabulously. their fight was literally a tango and i'm sure you'll agree with me when you watch this.
all in all, this is quite a good movie though you might be a little confused at first, but one thing you'll get is they'll be on opposite sides although both will feel that pull towards each other.

The Princess Man (korean drama)

A tragic love story between the daughter of Prince Suyang and grandson of Kim Jong Seo. The son of Kim Jongseo, Seungyoo, is a handsome and wise man who carries a noble quality. Princess Seryeong, a daughter of King Sejo, aka prince Sooyang, is a cheerful, lively lady with a strong curiosity and bold personality. They fall in love instantly but later they find out that their parents are sworn enemies.
Recently, I've been into historical period dramas, although of course more for the personal stories it has rather than the political happenings. ehhehe I only started watching this recently because i dislike having tragedies usually, i don't like crying. but despite that, i decided to watch it because it seemed to have a good romance story and a lot of action. and i'm glad that i decided to go for it cos i enjoyed it tremendously.
All the characters really got to me, the villainous and yet fatherly, suyang, the pitiful shin myeong, the cheerful jong, the proud princess gyung hye, the mischievous and later vengeful seung yu, the strong and kind se ryung, their maids, friends and everyone. the chemistry was amazing between the leads and even the supporting casts.
i teared up some parts, i swooned at some parts, i cussed at some parts but in the end, the drama kept me wanting for more and i was fully satisfied with how it ended although of course, there were some who were not satisfied.
this is the first show of the male lead that i'm watching and although at first, he was ok for me, he really grew on me. it's not everyone who can show their feelings well but he did it so well just through their eyes.
but i'm the type who just enjoys a drama while watching and don't think of any other things or think too deeply. it's just a drama anyway. but oh how wonderful this one was. my hunger for historical romance periods hasn't waned yet so i'll be watching some more and there are many on my list to watch.
this is a definite recommend from me, you can find it complete on youtube, although there are some parts that are missing or doesn't work. then you can just google the episodes, there are many links out there, one is dramacrazy, i view on their wat link. enjoy!!!
below are two of my favourite osts for the show. love it. enjoy!

Blind (korean movie)

A missing person case involving a female university student and the victim in a hit and run case appears to be related. Detectives look for a witness.
Into the police office walks Min Soo-Ah (Kim Ha-Neul). She used to be a promising cadet at the police academy, but after a horrific car accident which killed her brother, Soo-Ah's police career ended. Min Soo-Ah also lost her eyesight in the car accident. Min Soo-Ah reveals to Detective Jo (Jo Hie-Bong) at the police station that on the night of the hit and run case she was picked up by a taxi cab driver. Soo-Ah believes the taxi driver may be the perpetrator of the crimes. Initially, Detective Jo doesn't take Soo-Ah's claims seriously because she is blind, but when Soo-Ah displays her acute senses the detective starts to believe her.
Detective Jo and Min Soo-Ah then work together to find the taxi cab driver, but all their leads turn up empty. Then another witness comes forward Kwon Ki-Sub (Yoo Seung-Ho). Kwon Ki-Sub is a motorcycle delivery boy who claims to have also witness the hit and run incident. Kwon Ki-Sub also emphatically states that the car in question was not a taxi cab, but rather an imported sedan.
Meanwhile, Min Soo-Ah finds herself being stalked by a mysterious man ...

AMAZING!!! this movie was simply amazing with a capital OMG! man this movie really gripped me from the beginning, god, it made me tear up, and it was so intense my heart was literally bursting apart as if i had been running the 100m dash.
it was so tragic at some moments and touching at others, i could feel guilt, fear, sadness and all the emotions brought out by the cast who were wonderful. the scenes were unexpected at times making me go, what? he did tht seriously???
i will definitely recommend this movie that will definitely stir your heart. our blind lady, our rebellious boy, and our detective who always seems to get the flop jobs, hehehe this is definitely a good watch. i watched it all on epdrama, complete with english subtitles.

Vampire Prosecutor (korean drama)

Prosecutor Min Tae Yeon (Yun Jung Hoon) is bitten by somebody and becomes a Vampire. Tae Yeon rejects the life of a vampire and he survives by drinking the blood of dead people and still lives as a righteous prosecutor .
Tae Yeon also uses his new founded abilities as a Vampire to prosecute powerful persons normally thought above the law. A mysterious case then occurs and the evidence points to a Vampire as the perpetrator. Tae Yeon now knows that he is not the only Vampire. He also ponders why he became a Vampire and what truths may lie behind their motives.
well as usual, initially, i was a little skeptical of this drama as we don't see much paranormal asian dramas. i thought it'd kind of get cheesy but oh no, i was proven wrong time and again as i kept watching and watching and watching.
this was actually put together so well, all the story coming back to a circle and being linked, it surprised me when i found out about it. of course, there were plots that were predictable but there were also twists that kept surprising me.
the cast was amazing, their team was amazing and the ending was amazing! what more can i say? the camaraderie between our prosecutor and his teddy-like police friend hehehe, the dancing around between our leads, the villains themselves and even the murder plots, they were fantastic.
now i totally can't wait for season 2. hellow heaven!!!
here's hoping this will be even better, comes out faster so that all us vamp junkies can get addicted even more!!!
...ok well, this is all complete and online on youtube with english subs. you can also find it on dramacrazy. and if the links don't work, my advice is to google each and every episode and go for the link that will work cos that's what i do. best of luck:D and enjoy!

Kurosagi (japanese drama)

Kurosaki is a young man whose family was destroyed by swindlers. Despite that, Kurosaki grows up to become a con artist known as Kurosagi. As Kurosagi, he swindles other con artists and returns the money to the original victim. He works with the master swindler Katsuragi Toshio even though Toshio had a hand in the destruction of Kurosaki’s family. Kurosaki's life begins to change when he meets Yoshikawa Tsurara, a young law student who disapproves of his disrespect of the law. Can she persuade Kurosaki to give up swindling and his quest for revenge?
hmmm...well recently you might have noticed i've been writing a lot on japanese drama. well actually the latest were all written on the same day cos right now, i'm in the mood. and i had completed those dramas recently too. well recently i've been in the mood for japanese dramas, drifting away from taiwanese dramas.
but anyway, there's also a manga for this with the same title. i've not read the manga as well as the art didn't really interest me but now, after watching the tv series, i might decide to give it a try after my mood for watching dramas go down.
this is the type of drama i enjoy, with some action and clever tricking hehehe there was good chemistry between the leads as well. frankly speaking i did not enjoy the movie as much. i had hoped fervently that it would be a sequel to the tv series but it was totally on its own although it's understandable since there is a time limit to movies so it's hard to cram everything in.
but the tv series was great. the story progressed gradually, although i wish there would be a next season although it seems unlikely. the ending felt incomplete for me but despite that, it is a good series. yamapi is cool here. you can find this on dramacrazy.

Buzzer Beat (japanese drama)

Kamiya Naoki is a young player from a professional basketball team. But due to his relatively smaller size and his tendency to crack under pressure, he is unable to show his true skills on the court. Meanwhile, Shirakawa Riko is a cheerful, strong-spirited music college graduate aiming to become a professional violinist. One day, Riko finds Naoki's lost cell phone on a bus, and their meeting begins a friendship that eventually turns into love. However, Naoki was already considering marriage with his current girlfriend. And it doesn't help matters that Naoki's coach has fallen in love at first sight with Riko!
i have seen this manga around for some time but was too lazy to read it. then i saw the drama, and ohh the guy and girl were good on my tired eyes, especially yamapi(yamashita tomohisa) this is a sports drama, well it focuses more on relationships i guess. but i didn't think i'd enjoy it so much. it's such a pure relationship and it not only focuses on them but their friends too. it helps tht it has a really nice and sweet ost, this drama is complete with english subs on dramacrazy enjoy!!!

Hero (japanese drama)

Kohei Kuryu is a former juvenile delinquent who drops out of junior high and goes on to earn a high school equivalency diploma. After passing the law board exams, Kuryu becomes a prosecutor. Not your typical prosecutor, which is quickly seen through the clothes that he wears, Kuryu possesses quick instincts and a kind of cleverness that only someone raised on the streets could have.
Maiko Amamiya is a shrewd public prosecutor who has her eyes set on passing the exam to become a deputy prosecutor and tries her best to be noticed by her boss. Kuryu, on the other hand, after earning a reputation for doing top-notch work, is transferred to Amamiya's division, and finally opens his eyes to the possibility of promotion. Unfortunately, his unprecedented work behavior abruptly brings things to a halt.
Although earning a reputation as a bad apple, the influence from Kuryu's strong pursuit of justice slowly begins to change things around him. This drama is filled with it all; love, laughs and lots of emotion.
this is one of those shows that has the perfect balance of everything. our leads have so much chemistry between them, the drama has everything, from mystery to legal stuff to comedy and romance. comedy is the best here. hehehehe this drama is complete on dramacrazy and as you all know, my recommendations always have english subs hehehe if not, how can i even understand. so enjoy!!!

i've just finished watching this series and my eyes are tear streaked. it's a good thing that i'm alone right now. this is an amazing drama, where the cast were simply wonderful. they acted so well that it made us pissed off at them, or made us shy when watching them or stupidly happy like them. and it's not just one or two who made me feel this way. everyone did, from the mother to the secretary to the kids.
this is a really sweet drama and both vic and park eun hye were wonderful. i think they had good chemistry. park eun hye managed to portray the emotions really well despite not saying anything. i bet she must have really practised on the sign language. vic was really good as well. i'm not going to spoil the whole thing but i do warn that hankies might be needed especially for those who really get into the mood. it can be a tearjerker at times. even i, one who's quite cold hearted you could say, was really touched and moved to tears.
you can find the complete series with english subtitles on veoh and tw.sugoitw.com this is definitely a recommendation. enjoy!!!

Autumn Concerto/Next Stop Happiness (taiwanese drama)

Ren Guang Xi, a cocky law student, seems to lead the perfect life. He's the sole successor to a huge and famous business and a talented ice hockey player. But in reality, his lonely life lacks joy, laughter and motivation. That is until he meets Liang Mu Cheng, the new bento seller at his school canteen. Although orphaned at a young age, Mu Cheng does not let her past affect her and lives life with great passion and determination. A harmless bet brings the two together and Guang Xi slowly changes as Mu Cheng teaches him how to give and love. Tragedy strikes when Guang Xi suddenly has to go through a major brain surgery which causes him to lose his memory. His mother begs Mu Cheng to leave him and the latter has no choice but to do so. Little does she know that she already has Guang Xi's child.
Six years pass. Mu Cheng lives a quiet life with her young son in the countryside while Guang Xi is now a successful lawyer and is engaged to He Yi Qian, the kind and beautiful doctor who took care of him after his surgery. A strangely familiar piano piece stirs Guang Xi's heart as he struggles to recall his past romance with Mu Cheng. How will the couple make up for six years of lost time? Happiness, which stop do I alight at?
one of the most amazing and tear wrenching dramas i've watched so far. mann my heart nearly shattered from all the heart wrenching scenes here. of course, there were really sweet and funny scenes as well. i especially loved the ngs(no good takes hehe)
this series had everything in it. angst, drama, happiness, comedy, sadness, you name it, they had it. and most of them were already in the first few episodes.
all the characters were deep, even the supporting cast. loved it. my only wish was that they could have made the ending even better than this. sighhh  but all in all,if you want to see something sweet and true with some amazing soundtracks and ost, i will definitely give this a huge up.
vaness wu and ady an were amazing as ren guang xi and liang mu cheng. their little kid, xiao le in the drama, was cute and amazing. tht was amazing acting from someone so young. the supporting were really amazing. i loved guang xi's mother too especially as her character matured later on. she portrayed her really well, and the rare times, we saw her smile, it was beautiful. although liang mu cheng was really simple and wore simple clothes, it made us feel for her with her sacrifices although at times, i jus wished that she could be a little more selfish rather than just thinking about everyone.
basically,i just loved the story. i watched this immediately when my computer was turned on. the drama is complete and online with english subs on youtube so enjoy people.

It Started with a Kiss Season 2/They Kiss Again (taiwanese drama, manga)

The sequel of It Started With A Kiss begins with Xiang Qin and Zhi Shu's wedding and honeymoon.

Even after marriage, they experience problems and interferences within their marriage such as mistaken pregnancy, misunderstandings, and new found jealousies. Xiang Qin and Zhi Shu switch to medical school to become nurse and doctor. During that time, Zhi Shu meets new rivals who wish to outdo him and Xiang Qin makes four new friends, and one of them likes her and wishes to replace Zhi Shu.
How will their lives turn out to be?
Well I know I'm starting with season 2 but that's because I've actually finished season 1 in the manga itself. i had delayed on this series because truthfully, i'm not into too much drama and our main guy tends to keep bullying our heroine, although she is a little on the dumb side...well maybe really dumb.
thus due to that, i skipped on watching season 1 on video but i really enjoyed season 2 as i hadn't finished that on manga, and also, the story, although there was the usual drama and all, but what really attracted me to it was the chemistry between the leads.
they portrayed their roles to perfection and their love seemed so real. they were both so comfortable with each other. not only that, even the other casts were really good, the family, friends, doctors and nurses. no one looked fake or awkward.
joe cheng's portrayal of zhi shu was so good; a genius of iq 200, quiet without much expression and cold. sighhhh too good. ariel lin is one of my favourite actresses. and she scored even more points for me here. her portrayal of xiang qin as the naive, dumb but bubbly girl so hopelessly in love with zhi shu, hehehe mannn fabulous. she did her role really well, without letting us viewers get irritated with all her crying and shouting and all. it was actually endearing. especially her day dreams grins zhi shu was really coo with the expressionless face, but once in a while, we'd see him with tender expressions on his face when he looked at xiang qin.
i bet every girl's heart swooned then. hehehehe watching this video made me grin like silly the whole time i watched it. too bad i haven't heard anything of a season 3. they said there might not be any as they wanted to stay true to the manga. the mangaka died without completing the story, so sad. but hope she's in peace. she wrote such a great story. there's even an anime of this show.
i would definitely recommend this for anyone who's really into romantic comedies with some light drama. this drama was aired few years ago but still, there are people who are viewing it even today. you can find the whole series on youtube online, completed and english subbed. enjoy!!!
